Program:

Tonight’s Ignatian Spirituality & Yoga session will be in-person and streamed on YouTube beginning at 7:30pm ET.

Special Easter Monday Schedule

7:30 – Opening Talk
7:35 – Yoga asana (movement) class
8:20 – Guided Easter Ignatian contemplation
8:45 – Taize chanting
9:00 – Silent Adoration with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
9:30 – Closing prayer

Feel free to come and go throughout any part of the session.

I acknowledge and agree that I am participating in the yoga classes, workshops, and retreats offered by Ignatian Spirituality & Yoga and its teachers, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and Ignatian spirituality. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding participation in the yoga classes, workshops and retreats. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, workshops, and retreats, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk, injuries or dangers, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, workshops, and retreats, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive and covenant not to sue the USA Midwest Province of the Society of Jesus, Ignatian Yoga, or any of its teachers for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

I grant Ignatian Spirituality & Yoga and its legal representatives, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs/videos of myself in which I may be included for editorial, trade, advertising, publication, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I hereby release Ignatian Spirituality & Yoga and its legal representatives from all claims and liability relating to all photos or videos.
