The retreat will include:

Guided prayer & meditation
Yoga
New Year Intention and Grace Activity
Silent time
Group sharing

Donations are welcome for this event. All donations will help support the St. Mary Student Parish Capital Campaign. You can donate through the ISY website’s Donate page or on the event day.
