Weekend Retreat: May 5-7, 2023 in Barrington, IL

The Ignatian Spirituality & Yoga retreat will include talks from Fr. Bobby and the retreat team, gentle movement, group prayer, silent personal reflection, small group sharing, spiritual direction, Confession, and the Eucharist. The retreat sessions will explore the four Universal Apostolic Preferences of the Society of Jesus through the lens of both the Christian and Yoga traditions. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to learn, relax, and connect with God, nature, self, and others. No prior experience with Ignatian spirituality of yoga is required.
