Weekend Retreat: February 10-12, 2023 in Clarkston, MI

Weekend Retreat with Alan Haras and Fr. Bobby Karle, SJ (with guest collaborators)   

The ISY sessions include spiritual reflections talk by facilitators, yoga asana classes, yoga nidra, and guided Ignatian prayer experience. The retreat also includes facilitated small groups sharing, Eucharist, Confession, spiritual direction, morning meditations, and personal silent time.

FRIDAY:

• 4:00  Arrivals
• 5:30  Eucharist
• 6:00 Dinner
• 7:30  ISY Session, silent reflect, small groups
• 9:30 Night Prayer

SATURDAY:

• 7:30   Morning meditation 
• 8:00  Breakfast
• 9:00  ISY Session, silent reflect, small groups
• 11:00 Large group sharing and preparation for silence
• 11:30-2:30  Silence Observed (spiritual direction and confession available)
• 12:00 Lunch
• 2:30 ISY Session, silent reflect, small groups
• 5:00 Eucharist
• 6:00 Dinner
• 7:30 ISY Session and Prayer Service
• 9:00 Social

SUNDAY:

• 7:30   Morning meditation
• 8:00  Breakfast
• 9:00  ISY Session, silent reflect, small groups
• 11:00 Large group sharing and closing service
• 12:00 Lunch and departures

Cost of retreat:

• Colombiere Center room and board fees 
  • Private room for two nights and 6 meals: $180
  • Shared room for two nights and 6 meals: $165
  • Commuter: day access and 6 meals: $125
• ISY Donation (optional) 
  • Donations will support retreat preparations and materials, provide stipends to retreat team members, allow for financial aid assistance, and support the ISY organization.
  • ISY Weekend Retreat donations typically range from $100-$500.
  • We invite you you to contribute whatever is appropriate for you at this time.

  • We try to keep our required costs as low as possible. However, if the retreat center prices are an obstacle to your participation, let us know and we will try to accommodate if space allows.
