Retreat sessions explore the four Universal Apostolic Preferences of the Society of Jesus through the lens of both the Christian and Yoga traditions. Each session will engage the Christian and Yoga traditions to help us embody and integrate the Universal Apostolic Preferences into our lives.
Titles of the five sessions:

Home Retreat includes:
- Unlimited access to video recordings of ISY talks, and yoga asana sessions, and guided Ignatian contemplations.

- One coaching call or spiritual direction with an ISY instructor
