Advent Blessings!

During Advent we both look back to remember and look ahead to prepare. We are redeemed and loved unconditionally, and yet called to continue building up the kingdom of God here on earth. Although we look back and look forward, we only have the present moment to act.  It is in the here and now. Let us stand alert and ready to not only witness God being born into our world, but also allow Christ to be born in each one of us.

Below is the link to the first video. It is a twenty minute video with a brief reflection, 10 minutes of yoga poses, and a five minute guided prayer experience.
